HOLIDAY (not Christmas)

Click on an image to open the corresponding blog.  The blog will have a free pattern (if available), video tutorial link (if available), and the written tutorial.

If there is just a video thumbnail, then there isn’t a blog available.  Instead there is just a video tutorial on YouTube.

EASTER

This project was created using just one nib – a writer nib.  The goal of the project is to show you a number of different textures that can be achieved using a writer nib.  Easter Chick

HALLOWEEN

The Halloween sign is a very beginner friendly project.  Coloring crayons are used for the color.  In fact, kids would have fun coloring it.  Halloween Sign

This blog explains how to create the pumpkin tree artwork.  Pumpkin Tree

This blog explains how to create the skull mask.  Skull Mask

THANKSGIVING

There isn’t a pattern for this artwork.  The real pumpkins were decorated with a combination of pyrography and paint.  This is a super easy project to do.  Holiday Pumpkins

VALENTINES DAY

The cherub of love artwork is what I chose to put inside the valentine heart design (listed further down the page).  Like most things, you can modify the artwork and the blog even gives a few ideas on the subject.  Cherub of Love

The happy Valentines day sign artwork is one that has features you can use in other artwork.  For example, the hearts can be used on picture frames, trinket boxes, etc.  The ribbon in the background was created using an embossing tool.  You can easily take the information and apply it to other designs.   Happy Valentines

This blog explains how to create this ornate looking heart.  The center of the heart is ready for your special touch.  Maybe you decoupage a photo onto the heart.  Maybe you wood burn something special for your loved one.  Use your imagination and have fun!   Valentine Heart
